We utilize a combination of direct sales, telemarketing, direct mail, faxing, e-mail, as well as performance-based incentive programs to solicit and service business with our customers. Our experienced personnel attend all major trade shows and group meetings.

Marketing
Computerized operations and long standing customer relationships allow Bi-Coastal to obtain detailed and comprehensive marketing information. Our customer network provides channels for marketing campaigns targeted towards consumers, physicians, insurers, hospitals and pharmacies. All marketing is specific to the products and company in question. Marketing and sales efforts are linked to maximize market penetration.

Consulting
Bi-Coastal has the capability to advise clients on joint ventures, financing, distribution, strategic alliances, acquisitions, product development, and label/artwork. International
As consultants, Bi-Coastal consults with foreign manufacturers regarding entry into the United States market. This encompasses our consulting capabilities as well as the regulatory, legal, and financial specialties necessary to gain the proper Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approvals. Our consulting in this area makes this often arduous process a well-planned and smooth transition. We then directly place clients’ products into our customer network under the label of a United States company or move towards establishing a manufacturing presence in the United States. Bi-Coastal is also establishing contacts in overseas markets to expand distribution. We provide worldwide markets with quality, reliable and cost-effective FDA approved pharmaceutical products.
